Extensive experience in the representation of lenders, developers, general contractors, subcontractors and owners, in the purchase, sale, leasing and financing of residential, commercial, office and industrial real estate, including shopping centers, medical facilities, office buildings, warehouses, vacant land and subdivision and planned unit developments; and negotiation and preparation of transactional documents related to all facets of ownership and development of real property.

Extensive experience in representation before and on behalf of local planning and zoning authorities, code enforcement authorities and governmental boards of all kinds related to the ownership and development of real property and the operation of business.

Practice includes representation of owners and developers of development projects from site acquisition to rezoning, annexation, application and hearing on variance, permitting and financing.
